  FILL IN YOUR DIET TRACKER EVERY DAY
 

Research has shown over and over that the power of writing down every thing you eat, and if possible documenting "how you feel" each day, will accelerate weight loss.

JUST DO IT FOR A WEEK!!!

Even if you are absolutely convinced there is NO way that YOU could EVER lose weight, you WILL start losing weight if you SIMPLY TRACK YOUR DIET EVERY DAY. Whether it be the Diet Scorecard, the Atkins Site Scorecard, or your own personal journal, WRITE DOWN EVERY BITE YOU EAT. Then, add up the Net Carbs and Calories at a minimum. Come in with a totally negative attitude if you want.  IF YOU JUST BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF AND FILL IN YOUR DAILY TRACKER, YOU WILL SUCCEED!
